  • Guest：I stayed at the NUWA hotel in Macau from October 13th to 17th, 2025, and found the front desk service to be excellent, while the breakfast offerings were quite satisfactory. Although construction was ongoing in various areas, which occasionally caused noise, the staff remained remarkably courteous and attentive, consistent with my previous experiences at the property. However, despite visiting during weekdays, complimentary room upgrades were never offered throughout my stays. The hotel's location in the heart of Cotai makes it exceptionally convenient for exploring Macau's attractions. What particularly impressed me was the turndown service—requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Whenever I had dining reservations or sightseeing plans, I could request the service and return to an impeccably prepared room, allowing me to enjoy the rest of my evening undisturbed. This level of responsiveness sets NUWA apart from other hotels, where such services are typically less accommodating. The turndown service has consistently exceeded my expectations. My only reservation concerns the water dispensing system. While I appreciate the property's commitment to environmental sustainability, the current setup proves rather inconvenient in practice, which is disappointing.
  • Guest：很庆幸此次澳门之行选择入住颐居！顶级服务非常暖心??，带着近八旬老妈过生日看水舞间，颐居给了我们完美的入住条件，完美的景观，还有生日庆祝，长者十分开心，Angel，Lancer，Bryan都给予了热情接待，Orlando入住的时候一直帮忙拿行李陪伴入房，介绍各种设施并帮忙搞庆生气氛。退房的时候Jim一路陪伴，帮忙拿行李送到坐**车处。太多感动和开心，下次再来澳门，颐居绝对是不二选择！
